About this role

Air Space Intelligence seeks a Frontend Engineer to build mission-critical user interfaces for modernizing America's air traffic control system. You'll develop real-time, map-based web applications using React, TypeScript, and advanced visualization technologies to support complex aviation operations and decision-making.

What you'll do

  • Build user-facing features in React and Redux for air traffic control decision-support systems
  • Develop complex, interactive map-based applications using Mapbox with real-time data rendering
  • Implement high-performance graphics using WebGL, WebGPU, or ThreeJS for visualization
  • Collaborate with civil aviation domain experts and design teams to translate requirements into polished products
  • Write efficient, maintainable TypeScript and CSS code with attention to performance and reliability
  • Optimize application performance using WebAssembly and modern development tools
