About this role
OpenEye seeks a Sales Engineer for the Northeast region to serve as a technical bridge between the company's cloud video management solutions and customers. You'll assess system needs, deliver presentations and training, support installations, and provide customer insights to drive product improvements.
What you'll do
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and training courses for corporate, field, and online audiences
- Assess equipment and customer needs to determine system requirements and provide recommendations
- Develop cost estimates and site configurations using blueprints and technical documentation
- Provide remote and on-site support during project installations and troubleshooting
- Communicate customer feedback and technical discoveries to product management and support teams
- Create pre-sales and factory pre-configuration documentation and analyze cost-benefit improvements
