ALTEN Technology USA seeks an Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer specializing in composites to develop manufacturing processes and tooling for composite parts used in engine test equipment. This role combines design support, process optimization, and production troubleshooting for a leading aerospace supplier serving major engine manufacturers.

What you'll do

• Develop manufacturing processes and tooling design for composite parts fabrication
• Create manufacturing instructions, bills of material, and purchase specifications from engineering drawings
• Support production teams and troubleshoot manufacturing issues on 3-6 month build schedules
• Collaborate with design teams across conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design phases
• Train production staff on new processes and validate repair procedures
• Drive process improvements and quality initiatives
