What you'll do
- Develop manufacturing processes and tooling design for composite parts fabrication
- Create manufacturing instructions, bills of material, and purchase specifications from engineering drawings
- Support production teams and troubleshoot manufacturing issues on 3-6 month build schedules
- Collaborate with design teams across conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design phases
- Train production staff on new processes and validate repair procedures
- Drive process improvements and quality initiatives
