About this role
ALU seeks a Cloud, DevOps & Integration Engineer to manage and stabilize its AWS environment, Salesforce platform, and enterprise integrations across multiple systems. You'll own cloud operations, build internal capability through automation and documentation, and reduce reliance on external vendors for routine support.
What you'll do
- Manage production and non-production AWS environments (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch) and resolve operational issues
- Monitor infrastructure health, performance, availability and costs; implement security reviews and disaster recovery improvements
- Own operational support and troubleshooting of integrations between Salesforce, AWS, learning platforms, databases and enterprise applications
- Manage Salesforce deployments across environments using Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines
- Build monitoring, logging, alerting and failure-handling mechanisms; investigate and resolve silent failures and data transfer issues
- Document architectures, runbooks and recovery procedures; participate in incident management and root-cause analysis
