About this role
Ambrook seeks a Talent Engineer to build automated recruiting systems that source, engage, and track engineering talent at scale. You'll design intelligent pipelines and data enrichment tools that remove busywork from hiring while keeping the human elements—conversations and relationship building—at the center of the process.
What you'll do
- Design and build automated sourcing and follow-up loops that intelligently identify and nurture candidates across platforms like GitHub, X, and developer communities
- Engineer data enrichment pipelines that gather candidate context automatically so recruiters can focus on quality conversations
- Create recruiting funnel dashboards and reporting systems that surface pipeline health and trends in real time
- Build a network cultivation system that maps second-degree connections and triggers outreach at optimal moments
- Organize and execute events, hackathons, and community gatherings to connect with top technical talent
- Develop and maintain systems that track hiring outcomes including post-hire referral signals
