Software Engineer, Full Stack

About this role

Amperos is an AI-native healthcare platform automating denial management and revenue recovery for providers. We're seeking a full-stack software engineer to build agentic workflows, voice AI, and generative features while partnering directly with customers to solve complex revenue cycle management problems.

What you'll do

• Partner with customers to design and implement end-to-end agentic workflows
• Develop voice AI, browser agents, and generative AI features
• Build full-stack features and tools supporting agentic products
• Own projects from conception through scaling and optimization
• Develop expertise in healthcare RCM workflows to inform engineering decisions
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with product and customer teams
