Software Engineer, Infra

About this role

Amperos is seeking an experienced infrastructure engineer to build and lead the infrastructure function at an AI-native healthcare denial management platform. You'll own AWS operations, DevOps, compliance, and observability while shaping infrastructure strategy for rapid growth.

What you'll do

• Design and scale AWS infrastructure to support company growth
• Maintain AWS systems, improve developer velocity, and establish engineering standards
• Build AI-focused infrastructure and enhance LLM observability
• Optimize AWS costs and implement cost monitoring
• Lead security, compliance, and networking initiatives (VPNs, firewalls)
• Establish and automate compliance processes using AI agents
