About this role
Alliance North America seeks a Systems Engineer in Henderson, Nevada to support the development of next-generation hybrid power generation and energy systems. You'll translate stakeholder requirements into product functions, system architectures, and verification criteria while collaborating with experienced engineers across electrical, mechanical, controls, and manufacturing disciplines throughout the product lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear product functions and system requirements
- Develop system architectures and define component interfaces
- Establish verification and validation criteria for hybrid power systems
- Support prototype integration and validation testing
- Contribute to trade studies during early concept phases
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives from production through service
