About this role
Anduril Industries seeks an early-career Test & Evaluation Engineer to lead testing programs for mission autonomy systems using surrogate vehicles. What you'll do
- Lead T&E test programs from inception through completion for development projects
- Plan and execute test events for mission autonomy capabilities using surrogate vehicles
- Design test plans that validate autonomous system performance across simulated mission profiles
- Analyze test data to validate performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with software, hardware, and product teams to define test requirements and ensure alignment
- Communicate test results and technical challenges to government partners, cross-functional teams, and leadership
