About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Deployment Engineer to support the Anvil UAV product line by ensuring fielded systems remain reliable and performant. You'll bridge development and operations through incident response, telemetry infrastructure, and cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Provide remote and on-site support to field operations teams for Anvil system installation, operation, and maintenance
- Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues on UAV systems, identifying both immediate fixes and long-term solutions
- Set up monitoring systems, telemetry infrastructure, and dashboards to track fleet health and performance metrics in real-time
- Lead post-mortem analysis and drive product improvements based on operational lessons learned
- Collaborate with development, product, and customer teams to integrate reliability considerations into system design
- Create technical documentation and travel to customer sites (less than 50%) to support product delivery and sustainment
