About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Development Test Engineer to lead structural, performance, and environmental testing on advanced air vehicles and missile systems. You'll design test campaigns, operate specialized equipment, and collaborate with engineers to solve hardware challenges and optimize defense technology.

What you'll do

  • Execute structural, performance, and environmental testing on air vehicles, missiles, and launch systems
  • Lead end-to-end test campaigns including planning, setup design, execution, and data analysis
  • Generate work instructions for technicians on test article fabrication and integration
  • Operate data acquisition systems, thermal chambers, electrodynamic shakers, and fluid power equipment
  • Troubleshoot hardware anomalies and optimize system performance
  • Design and fabricate custom test equipment as needed
