About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Senior UAS Flight Test Engineer to plan, execute, and evaluate developmental and operational testing of Group 3 unmanned aerial systems. You'll work across multiple international locations managing test activities, safety protocols, and customer trials while supporting the Maneuver Dominance team's autonomy initiatives.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute rigorous developmental and operational flight test & evaluation activities for Group 3 UAS platforms
- Deploy to remote test sites across the US and overseas locations to conduct testing under civil and military approval schemes
- Develop, document, and implement comprehensive test plans and baseline safety mitigation strategies for internal and customer trials
- Provide progress reports and participate in weekly coordination with program and T&E leadership
- Collaborate with engineers and test specialists to manage test execution, data collection, and performance validation
- Communicate technical findings and recommendations across engineering teams and stakeholder organizations

- Risk assessment and safety protocol development
- Autonomous systems and complex vehicle testing experience
