About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Analytics to optimize defense manufacturing operations through data-driven insights and process improvement. You'll analyze production metrics, develop manufacturing strategies, and lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies with leadership to boost productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality
- Analyze manufacturing data including production metrics and resource utilization to identify improvement opportunities
- Lead lean, kaizen, and Six Sigma initiatives to optimize production processes
- Create documentation and implement KPIs to measure performance and drive accountability
- Support new product development from manufacturing perspective to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate across functions to align manufacturing strategies with business objectives
