About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to lead the manufacturing value chain for cutting-edge electromagnetic warfare hardware. You will optimize production processes, drive quality improvements, and scale electro-mechanical assemblies from prototype to full production while collaborating closely with design and quality teams.
What you'll do
- Own assembly, integration, and test (AI&T) processes for electro-mechanical hardware
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead Kaizen events for operational excellence
- Partner with quality engineering on root cause analysis and issue resolution
- Provide design-for-manufacturability guidance to product development teams during NPI transitions
- Develop process flows, work instructions, quality plans, and manufacturing documentation
- Collaborate with contract manufacturers on PCBA, harnesses, electrical components, and RF assemblies
