About this role

Anduril Industries seeks an experienced Mission Operations Lead to oversee electronic warfare (EW) system deployments, field events, and customer engagements for the Department of Defense. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage product demonstrations, and ensure technical objectives align with contractual requirements while supporting end-user adoption.

What you'll do

Lead planning and execution of EW field events, test demonstrations, and customer deliveries
Manage cross-team projects and accelerate initiatives across Test & Evaluation, Logistics, Engineering, and Growth teams
Serve as primary customer contact with the Department of Defense to deliver integrated hardware-software solutions
Develop performance measures, technical reports, and logistics plans to meet contract deliverables
Create training content and support end-user adoption of EW capabilities
Coordinate simulations and flight tests ranging from software-in-the-loop to full deployment events
