About this role

Anduril seeks a Mission Support Engineer to maintain peak performance of deployed electromagnetic warfare systems across multiple operational theaters. You'll serve as the critical bridge between field operators and engineering teams, diagnosing complex RF/software issues, validating new builds, and driving product improvements based on real-world operational feedback.

What you'll do

  • Own operational performance of deployed EW systems across multiple theaters, acting as primary technical liaison between field operations and engineering
  • Investigate and resolve system anomalies end-to-end, from detection through root cause analysis, corrective action, and documentation
  • Validate and field new EW software builds, including pre-deployment verification and operational acceptance testing
  • Use Linux diagnostics and log analysis to troubleshoot and deploy software solutions to resolve issues
  • Aggregate field performance data to identify failure patterns, guide preventive maintenance, and inform engineering roadmap decisions
  • Translate operational feedback and mission requirements into actionable product development input with real-world grounding
