About this role
Anduril Industries seeks an NPI Engineer to lead the successful launch and knowledge transfer of next-generation autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs) across multiple manufacturing sites. You'll bridge design and production teams, establish standardized processes, and ensure consistent, high-quality manufacturing of advanced subsea robotics.
What you'll do
- Own configuration management and production system decisions at the Quonset facility with cross-site impact coordination
- Design and implement standardized knowledge transfer frameworks including checklists, templates, and stage-gate reviews between multiple production and development sites
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned NPI programs, managing all knowledge transfer activities and cross-functional deliverables
- Embed with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing teams from early development through initial production to capture expert-level product and process knowledge
- Lead engineering change workflows (ECR/ECO) affecting manufacturing and manage phase-in/out timelines across sites
- Facilitate cross-site collaboration forums, technical deep dives, and virtual reviews to align teams and resolve issues
