About this role

Brillio seeks an experienced Desktop Engineer to provide comprehensive end-user computing and audiovisual support across Windows/macOS environments, including deskside assistance, device lifecycle management, and collaboration tool troubleshooting for a corporate client in the Bridgewater, NJ area.

What you'll do

  • Deliver onsite and remote deskside support for Windows/macOS devices, peripherals, printers, and Microsoft 365 applications
  • Manage device lifecycle activities including imaging, enrollment, deployment, refresh, and decommissioning with CMDB updates
  • Troubleshoot and maintain AV rooms, Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and collaboration technologies like Crestron and Logitech systems
  • Handle joiner/mover/leaver workflows including device preparation, asset collection, and record updates
  • Process and manage ServiceNow tickets while coordinating with remote teams, vendors, and technical leadership for escalations
  • Track assets, maintain inventory accuracy, and support audits and operational reporting
