About this role

Anduril Industries seeks an Operational Support Engineer to lead logistics, equipment readiness, and field deployment for the Dive-XL autonomous underwater vehicle program. You'll coordinate supply chains, manage critical spare inventory, oversee AUV maintenance, and execute site surveys while traveling approximately 50% of the time to support customer-facing operations.

What you'll do

  • Manage end-to-end logistics coordination and procurement for field operations across multiple assets
  • Drive sparing strategy, maintain spare inventory levels, and track consumables to minimize downtime
  • Lead hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of AUVs and heavy-duty equipment
  • Conduct site surveys, coordinate mobilization/demobilization, and develop deployment checklists
  • Perform monthly equipment inventories and maintain organized warehouse storage
  • Serve as primary interface for logistics within field ops team and drive process improvements
