About this role
Anduril Industries seeks an experienced PLM Software Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on Teamcenter expertise to architect and build mission-critical customizations and integrations for ArsenalOS, a next-generation production systems platform. You'll design scalable solutions connecting CAD, ERP, MES, and manufacturing systems while working in a fast-paced, greenfield environment that values clean architecture and pragmatic execution over legacy approaches.
What you'll do
- Own delivery of complex Teamcenter customizations and integrations (ITK, SOA, BMIDE, Active Workspace)
- Build high-performance integrations between Teamcenter and ArsenalOS systems (ERP, MES, CAD, change management)
- Design and implement scalable data models, business logic, and workflow solutions with minimal upgrade friction
- Set engineering excellence standards through opinionated technical decisions, architectural guidance, and code contributions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with systems architecture, software product, change management, and manufacturing teams
- Improve platform observability and reliability; leverage AI tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) for rapid development
