About this role

Anduril is seeking an experienced PLM Engineer to develop Teamcenter customizations and manage the database and infrastructure supporting their ArsenalOS manufacturing platform. You'll combine software development expertise with database administration and platform operations to deliver mission-critical PLM solutions at enterprise scale.

What you'll do

  • Develop custom ITK services, SOA integrations, and Active Workspace extensions for Teamcenter
  • Administer Teamcenter databases with focus on performance tuning, backups, recovery, and disaster readiness
  • Install, configure, patch, and upgrade Teamcenter environments across 2-tier and 4-tier deployments
  • Build application observability and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks across database, application, and server layers
  • Manage high availability, disaster recovery, and environment refreshes with minimal production impact
  • Conduct load and performance testing to validate capacity and catch regressions before production upgrades
