Product Test Engineer
About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Product Test Engineer to deploy and manage automated test systems across manufacturing sites, with focus on RF validation for electronic warfare systems. You'll lead test strategy improvements, perform root cause analysis on product failures, and collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure quality and production readiness.
What you'll do
- Deploy and validate automated test systems on manufacturing lines and contract manufacturer sites
- Develop and own RF test strategy and coverage for EW systems throughout development and production
- Perform root cause analysis on product failures and recommend corrective actions
- Create and maintain electrical test systems across full lifecycle from development to scaling and refinement
- Work with Design, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to support customer returns and failure investigations
- Train technicians on test equipment operation and document test procedures
What they're looking for
- RF fundamentals and testing (S-parameters, impedance matching, signal integrity)
- Test automation and PCBA testing standards
- Python, LabVIEW, or MATLAB for data analysis
- Electronics test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, VNA, signal generators)
- Root cause analysis and failure investigation
- Hardware integration and sustainment experience
- Linux/Ubuntu familiarity (preferred)
- RF production testing or EW systems experience
