About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Quality Systems Engineer to design and implement a world-class Quality Management System (QMS) across its manufacturing operations, including the new Arsenal-1 hyperscale facility near Columbus, Ohio. The role combines QMS software deployment, internal auditing, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to support scalable defense manufacturing.

What you'll do

  • Execute QMS processes and coordinate internal/external audits across multiple Anduril sites
  • Lead QMS software implementation and adoption, managing resources and tracking completion milestones
  • Partner with business systems, product quality, and manufacturing teams to prepare new processes and sites for production readiness
  • Develop QMS roadmap for tools and capabilities aligned with company scaling and customer needs
  • Conduct internal audits, root cause analysis, and corrective action investigations
  • Support QMS training development, external audit coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives
