About this role
Join Anduril's Air Defense team as a Software Engineer to develop mission-critical defense systems that detect and defeat unmanned aerial threats. You'll own deployed software solutions, collaborate across teams on complex systems integration, and travel to real-world operational environments to build and test autonomous robotics capabilities powered by AI and advanced sensor fusion.
What you'll do
- Own and maintain software solutions deployed to military customers in the field
- Write code to enhance products and scale capabilities across customer base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, build, and test complex networked systems
- Create monitoring and debugging metrics to track system performance
- Investigate issues, conduct root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution
- Partner with end-users to translate requirements into features while managing engineering tradeoffs
