About this role

Anduril is seeking a Systems Engineer to design and integrate command-and-control systems for unmanned aerial vehicles, working across electro-mechanical and software components. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop autonomous flight systems, conduct system testing, and manage the full product lifecycle from concept through production.

What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end system design by defining requirements and architecture with cross-functional teams
  • Design and maintain system components meeting functional and performance requirements in complex distributed environments
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and validation to ensure reliability, scalability, and resilience
  • Integrate software and hardware components working closely with hardware engineers and product managers
  • Develop and document software engineering processes while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance
  • Support rapid prototyping and simulation-driven design trades for aerodynamic and electro-mechanical systems
