Systems Engineer, EW

About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to design and develop Electronic Warfare systems, including Electronic Support Measures and Electronic Attack/Counter Measures capabilities. You'll work across the full product lifecycle from concept through deployment, managing complex technical programs and cross-functional coordination.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and test ESM and EA/ECM systems for counter-radar, counter-UAS, counter-communications, counter-PNT, and counter-RCIED applications
• Create system requirements, maintain traceability matrices, and lead verification and validation activities
• Coordinate across engineering disciplines to define, implement, and validate system requirements and designs
• Lead systems engineering reviews and manage Critical Design Review (CDR) and Preliminary Design Review (PDR) documentation
• Write technical proposals, trade studies, test plans, and test reports with clear communication to stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while balancing team collaboration and independent execution
