Systems Engineer, Space

About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Systems Engineer to lead the technical strategy and execution of AI-powered space systems for U.S. military and allied partners. You'll oversee the development of integrated satellite hardware and software solutions from proposal through on-orbit operations, collaborating across engineering disciplines and external partners.

What you'll do

• Develop technical strategy and roadmap for space missions leveraging existing and new Anduril technologies
• Provide technical oversight across all program phases including SRR, PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR, testing, and flight unit delivery
• Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams through complex integrated systems development and on-orbit demonstrations
• Perform mission and system-level trade studies to balance risk, cost, and performance objectives
• Contribute technical inputs to proposals and engineering execution plans
• Collaborate with Space C2 team to deliver ground control products and expand customer ecosystem penetration
