About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Technical Field Operations Engineer to deploy and support advanced imaging systems for military customers. You'll serve as a subject matter expert managing hardware-software integration, customer training, technical documentation, and real-time troubleshooting across complex operational environments.
What you'll do
- Deploy and support Anduril imaging products directly with Department of War customers in the field
- Develop training materials, pre-deployment surveys, and technical documentation for contract deliverables
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues in unstructured operational settings
- Configure systems, manage integration with customer infrastructure, and ensure high availability
- Coordinate across internal teams and customers to communicate field issue status and solutions
- Support operational planning and execute cross-functional projects involving multiple teams
