Technical Operations Engineer
About this role
Anduril Industries seeks an experienced Technical Operations Engineer to deploy and support advanced imaging systems for military customers. You'll serve as a subject matter expert bridging engineering and operations, managing complex hardware-software-networking integrations while providing customer training, technical documentation, and real-time troubleshooting.
What you'll do
- Deploy Anduril imaging products with the Department of Defense and provide direct customer-facing technical support
- Develop training materials, pre-deployment surveys, and technical documentation to support contract deliverables
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues spanning hardware, software, and networking in field environments
- Configure systems, troubleshoot networking infrastructure, and ensure high availability of imaging systems
- Communicate field issue status to internal teams and customers, coordinating cross-functional resolution efforts
- Author end-user training documentation and support operational planning for deployments
