About this role
Anduril Industries seeks an experienced Test & Evaluation Engineer to lead maritime developmental testing of autonomous systems. You'll own full system-level testing from planning through execution, manage cross-functional teams, and drive design maturation for cutting-edge defense technology in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Plan, coordinate, and execute full system-level T&E of hardware and software for maritime autonomous systems
- Lead shore and sea-based testing campaigns at private and government test ranges
- Oversee subsystem integration including sensors, communication systems, and autonomy software
- Develop and maintain test documentation, requirements, milestones, and gate criteria throughout development cycle
- Perform root cause analysis, corrective actions, and process improvements based on test results
- Provide technical direction to field operations teams and collaborate with external partners on payload integration
