About this role
Netskope seeks an experienced Solutions Engineer to drive cloud security sales and customer success across a US territory. You'll serve as the technical expert and trusted advisor to C-suite security leaders, delivering product demos, leading proof-of-concepts, and closing deals while advocating for customer needs internally.
What you'll do
- Exceed sales targets and close deals with enterprise customers
- Present Netskope cloud security architecture and ROI to CISOs, CIOs, and security executives
- Design and execute product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and evaluation test plans
- Gather technical requirements and establish product-solution fit aligned to customer business needs
- Resolve customer issues, escalate to support and product teams, and drive customer satisfaction
- Respond to RFIs/RFPs, represent company at trade shows and conferences, and provide competitive analysis

- Enterprise security solutions (NGFW, Web Proxy, DLP, EDR, SIEM, SOAR)
- Linux, Windows, and macOS system administration
- Mobile device management (MDM/MAM), iOS, Android
- Identity and access management (Active Directory, Azure AD, SAML/SSO, SCIM)
- VPN, remote access, SD-WAN technologies
- Public speaking and executive presentation skills
- Regex expressions and technical scripting basics
