About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a PCB Layout Engineer Co-op for winter 2027 to design and support test fixture layouts, develop ECAD libraries, and perform signal/power integrity analysis. You'll own scoped projects end-to-end with mentor guidance, working on defense technology hardware in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Translate schematics to PCB layouts in Altium with design rule checks and documentation
- Build and validate component footprints and symbols for ECAD libraries
- Define board stackups and calculate controlled-impedance routing requirements
- Review layouts for design-for-manufacturing and design-for-assembly compliance
- Perform signal and power integrity analysis and propose improvements
- Support test fixture and bring-up board layout for hardware validation
