IT Support Engineer, Executive Support
About this role
Anthropic is building a dedicated executive support function within IT and seeking an engineer to establish it from the ground up. You'll deliver white-glove technology support to executives, board members, and their administrative partners, handling everything from urgent access issues to boardroom AV setup while maintaining the highest standards of discretion and service quality.
What you'll do
- Establish and operate executive support intake channels, managing all requests from leadership and board members
- Design and deliver a white-glove service model for sensitive requests with strict confidentiality protocols
- Create board-meeting AV support playbooks and provide hands-on AV support for executive spaces and board meetings
- Develop runbooks, SLAs, and processes that ensure consistent service as the function scales
- Build relationships with executive staff and administrative partners to establish clear escalation and intake paths
- Participate in shared SF Core ticket queue for walk-ups, hardware support, and first-level AV triage
