About this role
Anthropic seeks a Technical Recruiter to own full-lifecycle hiring for their Infrastructure organization. You'll partner with infrastructure leaders to translate technical needs into search strategies, build specialized talent pipelines, and refine interview processes while developing deep domain expertise in areas like Kubernetes, cloud networking, and systems languages.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end recruiting for a portfolio of infrastructure roles, from intake through offer closure
- Conduct structured intakes with hiring managers to define requirements, calibrate hiring bars, and develop search strategies
- Build and maintain pipelines of specialized infrastructure talent with focus on passive sourcing
- Refine interview loops, take-home assignments, and evaluation scorecards with hiring managers and recruiting teams
- Develop deep domain knowledge in infrastructure specialties to identify candidates with strong technical fit
- Advise hiring managers using market data and calibration feedback to guide hiring decisions
