About this role

Join Apex's Corporate Data & Analytics team as an Analytics Engineer to design and deliver scalable data solutions using Microsoft Fabric. You'll partner with business stakeholders to translate operational challenges into reliable, governed data products that support enterprise reporting, self-service analytics, and AI-enabled experiences.

What you'll do

  • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand requirements, define KPIs, and translate needs into scalable data solutions
  • Design and build reusable data products, semantic models, and DAX calculations that support reporting, dashboards, and self-service analytics
  • Develop data pipelines, notebooks, lakehouses, and warehouses within Microsoft Fabric using SQL, Python, and Data Factory
  • Create and maintain Bronze, Silver, and Gold data layers following dimensional modeling and star schema patterns
  • Document data lineage, transformation logic, and KPI definitions; establish governance standards and data quality controls
  • Own solutions end-to-end from discovery through deployment, support, and optimization; identify opportunities to reduce manual work and enable self-service
