About this role
Lead end-to-end delivery of Applied Intuition's AHS (Autonomous Hauling System) to production for strategic customers in mining, construction, and ports. Own the complete program lifecycle from NPI process management through field sustainment, coordinating across engineering, quality, finance, and operations while serving as the executive interface with site operators.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end AHS delivery and production launch across strategic site operators including mining and port terminals
- Develop and execute a formal New Product Introduction (NPI) process with clear gateways and quality standards
- Lead steering committee meetings with customers, prepare status materials, and secure sign-offs on deliverables
- Align cross-functional workstream leads (Engineering, Quality, Finance, Procurement, Legal) on gateway goals and accountability
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with site operators as a trusted technical advisor
- Identify critical priorities and ensure highest quality execution at each product release cycle
