About this role
Applied Intuition seeks an Electrical Systems Integration Engineer to design automotive-grade wire harnesses and electrical distribution systems for autonomous vehicles. You'll lead harness design efforts, manage CAD modeling, and coordinate with engineering teams and suppliers to meet program milestones and quality standards.
What you'll do
- Design routing and retention of harnesses, cables, and connectors for assembly and serviceability
- Develop BOMs, wire specifications, and material documentation
- Create and manage 3D CAD models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks and Altium for low-voltage, high-voltage, and high-speed interconnects
- Interface cross-functionally across teams to drive program delivery
- Source and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers for harness manufacturing
- Collaborate with OEMs and partners to identify optimal wire harness solutions
