IT Operations Engineer

About this role

Applied Intuition seeks an IT Operations Engineer to design and maintain scalable IT infrastructure for a rapidly growing organization serving the autonomous vehicle and defense industries. The role combines infrastructure architecture, help desk support, and platform implementation across global operations.

What you'll do

• Design and build scalable IT infrastructure for a fast-growing organization
• Handle help desk requests via phone, email, remote access, and onsite support
• Provide technical support for computer systems, networks, software, and hardware issues
• Deploy, integrate, and administer SaaS applications
• Develop IT processes and procedures
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior staff

What they're looking for

• IT operations and system administration (5-7+ years)
• Google Workspace or Active Directory management
• Multi-platform support (Linux, Windows, Mac)
• Networking protocols and equipment (VPN, DNS, firewalls, routers)
• SaaS application deployment and integration
• IT process and procedure development
• PowerShell, bash, or shell scripting (preferred)
• Fortinet network management (preferred)
