About this role
Applied Intuition seeks a recent graduate to validate over-the-air software updates for automotive ECUs and vehicles. You'll execute test cases, develop Python automation, support root cause analysis, and collaborate with engineering teams—working hands-on with embedded systems and automotive hardware while gaining mentorship to become an OTA domain expert.
What you'll do
- Design and execute test cases for OTA updates on HIL benches and prototype vehicles, covering download, installation, reboot, and rollback workflows
- Collect logs, reproduce defects, and verify fixes through collaboration with systems and development teams
- Write and maintain Python-based automated test scripts to improve test repeatability
- Set up, configure, and maintain HIL environments and vehicle-integration test rigs
- Document test cases, record results, and maintain traceability to requirements
- Work cross-functionally with software and systems teams to validate vehicle functionality
