About this role
Netskope seeks an experienced Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical expert for their Digital Experience Management platform. You'll conduct deep-dive technical discovery, design DEM solutions, run proof-of-value engagements, and bridge customer needs with product development.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery sessions to map customer digital ecosystems, including network bottlenecks and application latency
- Design customized DEM strategies that address performance visibility gaps with actionable insights
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations showcasing DEM value to prospects
- Manage end-to-end proof-of-value engagements, guiding deployment and configuration
- Provide feedback to Product Management on market requirements and competitive positioning
- Partner with Account Executives throughout sales cycles to validate solution fit

- Wireshark and tcpdump packet analysis
- Network troubleshooting and multi-vendor fault isolation
- Zero-trust network architecture (ZTNA, split-tunnel)
- Cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS DirectConnect, Azure ExpressRoute)
- Synthetic and performance testing tools (ThousandEyes, Catchpoint, JMeter)
- Observability platforms (Grafana, Splunk, Datadog, OpenTelemetry)
- Network diagnostics tools (MTR, BGP, DNS pathing)
