Software Engineer - Insights Platform

About this role

Applied Intuition seeks a Software Engineer to build the data and analytics infrastructure powering their physical AI development platform. You'll own critical systems for data ingestion, querying, visualization, and governance that support autonomous vehicle programs at leading automotive companies.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain data ingestion pipelines ensuring correctness and reliability at scale across diverse data sources
• Optimize query infrastructure and critical path systems that every platform user depends on daily
• Build dashboarding and visualization tools tailored to physical AI workflows including playback and geospatial views
• Develop agentic analytics architecture enabling AI-driven natural language data discovery and analysis
• Implement data governance and discoverability systems to manage scaling data volumes
• Support dataset lifecycle management and data transformation tools for user-driven ETL flows
