About this role
Arize AI seeks a Developer Relations Documentation Engineer to own product documentation quality and build automated systems ensuring docs stay accurate, work for both humans and AI agents, and guide developers from learning to production. The role bridges developer experience with AI-driven content automation, focusing on Arize's observability platforms AX and Phoenix.
What you'll do
- Maintain and improve Arize product documentation, rewriting outdated content and keeping it synchronized with product changes
- Build automation systems to detect documentation drift, validate code samples, monitor quality, and draft updates for review
- Optimize documentation for dual audiences—humans and coding agents—using structured content and machine-readable formats
- Create tutorials, cookbooks, and open-source demo repos that accelerate developer onboarding to first working evaluation
- Ensure accurate Arize representation in third-party materials, working with integration partners and framework maintainers
- Gather developer community feedback and translate insights into product roadmap recommendations
