About this role
Atlas Energy Solutions seeks a Network Engineer to lead the technology infrastructure team in the Permian Basin, overseeing production environment operations. You'll manage control systems, network infrastructure, and automation platforms while mentoring network and systems engineers and driving cybersecurity initiatives across the organization.
What you'll do
- Lead team of network and systems engineers overseeing production infrastructure in the Permian Basin
- Install, maintain, and upgrade control systems hardware, software, Windows Server, and SQL databases
- Implement OT infrastructure standards and best practices across automation platforms
- Manage virtualization, cloud administration, capacity planning, and system monitoring
- Execute system validation and control system lifecycle management
- Drive global cybersecurity initiatives at the site level
