About this role

Attentive seeks a Support Engineer to bridge customer needs with internal engineering teams, handling technical support inquiries via ticketing systems and calls while escalating issues appropriately. You'll diagnose problems, translate customer feedback into actionable solutions, and collaborate across Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to resolve incidents and drive customer success.

What you'll do

  • Communicate with customers via Zendesk, JIRA, and calls to understand and address technical issues
  • Serve as technical point of contact for Customer Success team to resolve technical requests and escalations
  • Translate customer feedback into engineering action with proper escalation and stakeholder management
  • Triage and mitigate issues cross-functionally, including site event incidents
  • Identify bugs, develop reusable solutions, and escalate to appropriate internal teams
  • Handle on-call incidents both during and outside business hours
