About this role
AvePoint seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to serve as the technical lead embedded within enterprise customers, bridging AI governance strategy with hands-on implementation. You'll advise on AI trust and security, scope delivery projects, and build working prototypes that solve real business problems across multicloud environments.
What you'll do
- Lead AI governance discovery workshops and help customers understand their AI landscape including agents, copilots, and shadow AI
- Advise executive and technical audiences on AI governance, security posture, and resilience strategies
- Establish AI inventories, approval workflows, risk classifications, and audit evidence frameworks
- Translate business challenges into scoped AI delivery projects and define success criteria
- Build initial prototypes and work solutions to validate AI use cases
- Embed with customers end-to-end to own engagements from discovery through production deployment
