Quality Assurance & Support Engineer

About this role

Axle seeks a Quality Assurance & Support Engineer to own product quality for a Node.js and Angular-based Identity Management system. You'll design and execute automated and manual tests, leverage AI-assisted testing approaches, and provide occasional end-user support, with testing as the primary focus.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright covering UI, API, and integration scenarios
• Write reliable, readable test scripts that integrate into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality validation
• Execute manual testing strategies and define comprehensive test plans for product features
• Leverage AI-assisted testing tools and modern approaches to improve testing efficiency
• Provide responsive end-user support when needed and collaborate with development teams on issue resolution
• Document test cases, defects, and quality metrics to track product health
