Graphcore seeks a Principal Hardware Design Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced AI/ML compute hardware systems in Austin. You'll drive system-level PCB architecture, collaborate across multiple engineering disciplines, and shape next-generation AI infrastructure platforms for this SoftBank-backed innovator.

What you'll do

• Lead development of multiple simultaneous system-level PCBAs for AI/ML platforms
• Drive system-level architecture and design decisions for high-performance compute hardware
• Collaborate with architecture, mechanical, power, thermal, and firmware teams
• Serve as technical leader and mentor, driving design excellence and innovation
• Ensure designs meet performance, reliability, and scalability requirements
• Support manufacturing and deployment of AI compute platforms
