About this role
Axon seeks a Site Reliability Engineer II to develop Temporal workflows and Go services on their Zero Touch Platform, automating cloud operations at scale. You'll combine significant software development with DevOps work, participate in on-call rotations, and help eliminate manual operational toil across their infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Develop Temporal workflows and Go services to automate cloud operations at scale
- Write performant, maintainable code and participate in code reviews and design reviews
- Build foundational platforms enabling rapid, secure, and cost-effective service provisioning
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response for distributed systems
- Debug and resolve issues in cloud-native environments
- Provide documentation and influence engineering teams to adopt improved architectural patterns
