About this role

Base is seeking an Operations Engineer for its GTM team to optimize sales, marketing, and customer workflows by designing systems, automating processes, and connecting data across tools. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to remove bottlenecks, build lightweight technical solutions, and scale GTM execution for a distributed battery startup transforming the power grid.

What you'll do

  • Optimize lead and customer workflows across Sales, Marketing, and CS by identifying bottlenecks and designing improvements
  • Collaborate with Engineering to build clean data pipelines and integrations between CRM and internal tools
  • Design and ship automations, lightweight prototypes, and internal tools leveraging no-code and AI technologies
  • Analyze GTM data, build reports, and drive actionable insights to inform roadmap prioritization
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to understand team needs and translate them into system solutions
  • Build and maintain a roadmap based on GTM operational needs and business observations
