About this role

Base seeks a Quality Engineer to establish and oversee manufacturing quality systems for distributed battery production in Austin. You'll develop quality control plans, implement ISO 9001 compliance, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure safety and reliability across factory operations.

  • Conduct compliance audits and monitor quality performance metrics
